The DHS Ventures & Holdings Vice President of Strategic Investments will plan and direct all aspects of achieving growth through strategic investments and business development initiatives, including acquisitions, joint ventures, business consulting and divestitures on behalf of DHS Ventures & Holdings and its family of companies.

 

The VP partners with the CEO and other members of the executive team to identify and evaluate new areas of growth, pro-actively prioritize, select and develop M&A opportunities, including strategic partnerships.

 

Owns all aspects of the transaction lifecycle including sourcing, execution of deals and development of a post-merger integration/management plan. Engages and maintains business relationships with broader business leaders, private equity firms and investment bankers to keep abreast of the industry and enable sourcing activities.
