The candidate for this position must have the ability to develop a strong grasp of DHS Ventures & Holdings globally as well as a deep understanding of the value of the Inclusion and Diversity strategy as a business imperative.  

The person in this position must use strong influencing skills across all the different disciplines in DHS Ventures & Holdings to execute the I&D vision. The selected individual will work closely with many internal teams and global business leaders to provide sustainable success.
