Director of Strategic Partnerships

The DHS Ventures & Holdings Director of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for retaining and generating revenue from an existing portfolio of integrated and strategic payment partners within a varied, card not present and card present (integrated POS) payment processing vertical. This person will be responsible for growing company revenues through the successful maintenance, growth and development of integrated channel partner relationships.
Generate processing revenue by working closely with ISV partner sales and marketing teams to effectively on-board and activate partner merchant accounts. Work closely with solution engineers and software integration team to implement IT related partner growth initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop partner success collateral. Become key point of contact and create the correct escalation paths so client issues can be resolved timely an effectively.
Manage communication process and track issues/initiatives for all partner related business (i.e. commissions, merchant processing, sales opportunities, etc.) and report to executive team on growth within partner relationships. Track partner/merchant contract status to ensure effective retention and renewal of valued, revenue generating relationships.
Successfully negotiate enterprise contract renewals to extend partner relationship and optimize long term revenue streams. Strategically plan/implement annual partner growth/maintenance road map according to business objectives to meet/exceed client expectations and leverage partner growth opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, IT, Operations, Marketing, Risk, Finance to ensure all client related issues are managed effectively and all growth opportunities are identified. Utilize expertise in the integrated payment solutions to identify key strategic technology requirements that will assist in retention and growth of existing partners.
